Hi there, I'm Paddy and I started BALANCE36ZERO to help my clients live a more balanced lifestyle, through getting active and eating better.
​
I'm a qualified personal trainer and specialise in working with people looking to balance life, work and fitness. Like many of us, I also have a full time office job and a young family, so I know first hand the pressures on my clients.
​
I create programmes to help my clients start to build more activity into their daily routines and understand more about their diets, with the end goal of finding the right balance between doing everyday life and feeling great.

I work with busy people juggling work and family, providing programmes that are enjoyable and easy to follow.
